Breanna lombardoBreanna started her riding career even before she was born, and has continued in her passion for riding and jumping. She started her show career at the tender age of four in the walk trot classes and swiftly moved up the ranks. When she was 11 she showed in her first Mini Prix. At 13 Breanna demonstrated enough talent and got to participate in IJF successfully on a 5 year old Holsteiner by the famous stallion Luganda. As a 14 year old she had many successes in the Modified Jumpers and Jr. Hunters at AA rated shows. She has had only best of help, from her father, Joe Lombardo. Joe is a licensed Course Designer and Judge and has been in the business of horses his whole life. He has had a huge impact on her riding career and continues to make her the best rider and instructor she can be. She is continuing to ride and show successfully on the West Coast Circuit, and encourages her students to participate in shows from the county show level to the A circuit. Breanna has recently trained in Holland and Ireland under top trainers to further her Showjumping education.
Breanna's passion for riding is clearly evident in her daily dedication to the horses and students in her care. She carefully supervises the individual health and well being of the horses in her stable, and ensures that the student’s learn in a safe and fun environment. |

Assistant Trainer:
If you haven’t already done so, please take a minute to introduce yourself to our newest assistant trainer, Kiri. Kiri is a lifelong horsewoman who started riding with Steve Cross when she was nine. She enjoyed many successes on the Los Angeles and Tri Valley circuits in various Medal and Hunter competitions. In college, she trained off-track thoroughbreds and found her knack for them using natural horsemanship methods. She currently shows her gelding, Tarascon Diligence in jumper competitions at GSDHJA and at Thoroughbred Classic Shows - winning High Point Jumper in the Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program in 2013. Kiri lives in Fallbrook with her husband, Dan and 5 year old daughter, Pearl who is an avid rider herself. Kiri looks forward to working with all of Breezeway’s riders helping them to improve their equitation, horse’s rideability and relationships with their own horses as well as our hard working lesson horses.
